Sadly this element has to be worked on, because it breaks the immersion with the viewer and looses entertainment value. Season 3 will be on Netflix late this summer (just before season 4 starts airing). The mysterious appearance of an unidentified young girl sends Liz and the Task Force on a hunt to discover her connection to the secret Red is hiding. Stick with watching and re watching each episode. What you call filler episodes still give us hints to the complete story. It loses focus and interest in the viewers mid way through the episode plot. Answer: The Blacklist hasn’t been picked up for Season 5 yet. You cant skip an episode if you want to really understand and enjoy the Blacklist.

The directing is decent as well but the episode suffer from real pacing issue which is the main thing holding this serial back from being in the top. It's really raw and reflects on real world problems in a weird way. The actors are amazing and out of this show performances make this on of the most thrilling police crime serial. And now Elizabeth also joins the charismatic characters list.
It is the most epic performance and character right next to Heath Ledger's joker. It is such a legendary performance that I believe not just myself but others keep coming back for this character. I think when the show got renewed by Netflix, they must've required the writing to. Now I'm here in season 5 and wow has it turned. Starting from Spader's performance on Raymond Reddington the brilliantly crafted written charismatic character which proves that there is no black or white good and evil. I've loved Blacklist, especially season 1-3.
